FAMILE Homes is not for everyone, but if you answered "Yes" to all four questions, then give us a call for more info
Kuba Construction is partnering with FAMILE Homes to build country style homes in a rural setting with your own mini farm. Low maintenance, insect-free, fade resistant siding will never need painting. All homes have radiant barrier and cellulose insulation for higher energy efficiency. Large, open living/kitchen area accommodates family, friends and a bountiful crop from your own backyard. Have you ever thought about raising chickens for farm fresh eggs or having a goat or two for fresh milk? We can add a small barn or coop to your mini farm package.
Our first mini-farm has been set up on Blue Ribbon Dr. in Milton, Florida.
The new owners have decided to start with 300 Blueberries and a variety of citrus and fruit trees. They are also raising worms (vermiculture) for the castings and to set up other interested worm farmers.
Chicken tractors and laying hens will be added soon.

Blue Ribbon Drive's youngest farmer....
Brianna tries out her kid-size tools to prepare her garden. First the soil is raked.

Next the seed is planted "just so." Then a little scoop of Daddy's worm castings are added for growing power.

A good watering from the pint-size watering can completes the job.

Maybe a little more water with "attitude" for good measure!

A job well done. Now we'll wait for the crop!
